Khloe Kardashian has been praised by fans after her 'honesty' about plastic surgery after a throwback clip from Keeping Up With The Kardashians resurfaced on social media.
The 37-year-old has often been targeted by trolls on Instagram as her ever changing looks have been mocked with many asking if she had been under the surgeon's knife or whether her photos have been manipulated.
A Kardashian fan has helped changed some of these perceptions after sharing a clip from KUWTK in which Khloe is talking with her sister Kendall Jenner, in a plastic surgeon's office.
Speaking to Kendall, Khloe says in the clip: "... Cause I have stretch marks and cellulite, he does a little more for me. You don't have stretch marks."
Khloe then adds: "God is fair."
When the clip becomes a confessional, Khloe speaks honestly to the camera: "When you are photographed all the time it's natural to have insecurities or want to change certain things about yourself."
The clip moves back to the plastic surgeon's office and now Kim Kardashian has joined their sisters and she shares her plans.
Kim says: "I wanna get my whole butt... the stretch mark and the cellulite laser that we're doing on my butt."
Khloe then expresses shock when Kim says that she "doesn't really have anything to do" because she "got a tan so I can't really do much."
Fans praised Khloe and her sisters for their honesty while bemoaning that they now keep thoughts about surgery, among other things, close to their chests.
One commented: "I miss this Khloe."
Another added: "They used to be open about it now they hide it."
A third wrote: "Khloe looked perfect during this era."
Since that episode of KUWTK, Khloe has often come under fire for the pics she posts of herself, with many critics accusing her of photoshopping and digital manipulation of the images.
Speaking about the criticism of her snaps, Khloe told Elle : "At first, [mean comments] would definitely bug me, and I'm like, 'what in the world?
"I would never take my time to shame someone or be negative. I only comment nice and positive things.
"At first, I would let stuff like that affect me. And now I really don't care.
"Maybe if I'm having a bad day. But typically, I would say 90 percent of the time, it doesn't affect me."
