New Delhi: The maiden painting exhibition 'Journey In Watercolours' of senior IAS Dr Alok Srivastava (MP:84) is drawing a large number of people including art lovers.
Inauguration: Justice Ashok Bhushan
The exhibition was inaugurated by Justice Ashok Bhushan, former judge of the Supreme Court and Chairman of the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Saturday at the India International Centre Annexe in Delhi.
Paintings of landscapes
The exhibition of watercolour paintings includes the paintings of landscapes and other natural surroundings which he picked up during his 30-40 years journey in India and abroad as an IAS officer, reports Dynamite News correspondent.
Dr Alok Srivastava speaks
While speaking at the inauguration, Dr Srivastava said that 'This exhibition is the result of my journey of 30-40 years within the country and abroad as an IAS officer. During this period wherever I saw heart touching scenaries and images, I portrayed them on paper.'

Vijaya Srivastava speaks
IAS Vijaya Srivastava (MP:84), wife of Dr Srivastava said that during the Corona period, Alok got enough time for creativity and he did many of his paintings at that time. And the result is in front of you all today.

The exhibition remains open for art lovers and general audience till February 2, 2024.
