Janey Godley has released her final voice over of Nicola Sturgeon in her position as First Minister following her final speech during FMQs yesterday.
The voiceover also happened to coincide with it being three years since her first voice over of the politician. The Glasgow-born comedian started the iconic voice overs during lockdown as a way to bring some humour to the serious situation - a time where people were in need of a laugh.
During the First Minister's daily Covid-19 briefings, the writer would use some language that wasn't quite what the FM herself would use - but as it turns out, she loved it as much as the public with Sturgeon thanking Janey back in 2020.

Her final voice over went down a treat, just like the countless others, with people thanking the politician and the comic calling them "utterly brilliant."
One said: "God bless yea Janey you’ve kept us all in good spirits during the most horrible time of our lives."
Another added: "I am pure devastated we won’t have anymore Nicola voice overs Janey."
"I’m going to miss this. Well done." said a third.
The voice overs are so iconic the Glasgow comic even won Best Online Content at the Scottish Comedy Awards and in October 2020, the duo collaborated for a hilarious sketch in aid of the STV Children’s Appeal.
Ms Sturgeon fought back tears during her final speech as Scotland's FM at Holyrood as she reflected on her party and the achievements they set out to do, and completed.
She concluded: “Whether you voted for me or not… thank you so much for placing your trust in me.
“Words will never adequately convey the gratitude and the awe I hold in my heart for the opportunity I have had to serve as your First Minister. It truly has been the privilege of my lifetime.”
