The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has launched two holiday packages for summer with departure from Bengaluru.
It has unveiled a 5-night 6-day Sikkim Delight With Darjeeling package with flight departure from Bengaluru on May 10. The cost of the package is ₹51,920 for single occupancy, ₹39,990 for double occupancy and ₹38,150 for triple occupancy. A release said the itinerary covers Kalimpong, Gangtok, Tsomngo Lake, Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial and Darjeeling. The return flight to Bengaluru is on May 15.
The package includes return air tickets between Bengaluru and Bagdogra, 5 nights accommodation, transfers and sight-seeing as per the itinerary, toll, parking and all applicable taxes, besides travel insurance and GST.
IRCTC has also launched Bengaluru-Kanyakumari-Rameshwaram-Madurai package which is for 4 nights and 5 days. The departure for the ‘’Divine Tamil Nadu’’ package is every Thursday commencing April 14.
