Iceland, Morrisons and Waitrose issue warnings with shoppers told not to eat prawns or curries

A number of popular supermarkets are recalling a number of products over safety fears. Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland and Spar have each received safety warnings about certain food products.

When a product is recalled, for any reason, the Food Safety Agency (FSA) shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves, the Echo reports.

A number of products have been recalled in recent weeks, with some having used by dates as far as January 2024. Some products could have a risk of food poisoning, while others may contain bits of glass. With that in mind, it could be worth checking your kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer to see if you have any of the items. Here are some of the latest product recalls from Morrisons, Waitrose, Iceland and Spar.
