Shocking footage shows the moment a man fell out of a first-floor window as he tried to escape a thug who then battered him in the street.
Jason Chandler, 31, launched a frenzied attack on the victim following an argument in a hostel in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
CCTV shows the man plunge 20ft from the window of a house in Rosemary Street last November before scrambling away on his hands and knees.
Further footage shows Chandler catch up with the victim before repeatedly kicking him as he lay helplessly in the middle of the snow-covered road.
Nottinghamshire Police released the footage after Chandler was jailed for two years and four months for the attack.
Nottingham Crown Court heard Chandler became annoyed after the man's sister called him a "crackhead".
Chandler then became angry and shoved the man into a wall before punching him in the mouth.
The scuffle spilt into a bedroom and moments later the victim was dangling from a window before he plummeted to the ground.
The victim lost five teeth in the incident and was taken to Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham.
Chandler, formerly of Langford Road, Mansfield, admitted assault causing serious harm on a reckless basis last Thursday (February 24).
Chandler was jailed for eight years for robbery in 2012 - and last year received a nine-month sentence for attacking his ex-partner's home and grabbing her by the throat.
Detective Sergeant Georgina Gallagher said: "This was a very nasty incident and the consequences could have been even worse for the victim.
"Not content with knocking out the man's teeth, he then forced him to fall from a window knowing it would cause further injury.
"He could have stopped there but he didn't.
"Instead, he chose to come down the stairs, go outside and continue attacking the man as he lay helplessly in the snow.
"Chandler is a danger to society and I am pleased he is once again behind bars."
