Georgia Kirchin is facing her a third Christmas on the transplant waiting list.
The six-year-old from Peterborough in Cambridgeshire has already received a new heart valve and had half her foot amputated after being rushed to hospital when she was just five days old.
The Mirror first reported her wait for a new heart two years ago.
Mum Jodie said: “The more time goes on, the more Georgia is aware of her situation. She was asked to draw a picture of her Christmas wish list at school and drew a big new heart.
“The only thing we really want for Christmas is something Santa can’t bring and money can’t buy.
"It’s something that is only possible through organ donation. There is no greater gift.”
Harvey Kang, aged three, from Coventry, is approaching two years on the waiting list for a new kidney after appearing in the Daily Mirror.
He spends three days in hospital each week having dialysis to clean his blood.
Mum Karen, who gave up her job as an occupational therapist to care for him, said: “Harvey continues to spend most of his childhood in hospital.
“He became very poorly during dialysis.
"There were times I thought we were going to lose him.
"A transplant would change Harvey’s life and allow him to live a normal childhood.
"He is due to start school next year, but is still not walking and is tube fed. We hope a transplant will change that.”
