Harry Styles is a global pop icon. He has sold out hundreds of arenas, earnt several awards and nominations for his singing career and became the first solo male to appear on the front cover of Vogue. And if that wasn't enough, he has added budding actor into the mix - after appearing in Dunkirk in 2017, he has now taken on the role of co-lead in Olivia Wilde's new film Don't Worry, Darling and will appear later on in the year in My Policeman.
And with a career shining so bright, it's hard not to notice Harry Styles' energy, glowing skin and svelte physique. But with a schedule so packed, it begs the question: how does he do it? And is it something ordinary folk like us can get on board with?

While his regime to stay in tip top condition while on tour may be a tad too adventurous for us, his regular routine is a bit more manageable.
In an interview with Rolling Stone magazine, the 28-year-old from Cheshire was said to work on a routine, during his tour, of: "10 hours of sleep a night, IV injections pumping him with nutrients and vitamins, a strict acid-reflux-conscious diet [the GERD/Silent Reflux diet] that cuts out coffee, alcohol, and certain foods that affect the throat."
According to Healthline, these foods to avoid include: whole-fat dairy products, fried foods, fatty cuts of meat, caffeine, alcohol, fizzy drinks, onions, acidic fruit and tomatoes - or tomato-based foods.
He also slept with two humidifiers in his room, which - according to Medicine Net - "increases moisture in the air, which keeps the nasal passage and throat from drying out."
While he's not so busy dotting from place to place, the British star has been known to follow a pescatarien diet, which sees people eating a mostly plant-based diet with the introduction of fish as the main source of protein.
He also regularly exercises - five to six days a week, so reports lifestyle blog My Imperfect Life - by doing a combination of running (he's been spotted many times out jogging), weight training, yoga, pilates - "I’ve got very tight hamstrings—trying to get those open", he told Vogue in 2020 - and keeps his mental health in check with therapy and meditation twice a day.
Of meditating, Harry added: "Meditation just brings a stillness that has been really beneficial, I think, for my mental health."
In a conversation with Zane Lowe of Apple Music in 2020, Harry spoke of keeping this healthy routine up throughout the lockdown: "I'll meditate in the morning and then have a coffee and do some reading to kind of just try and wake up a little bit. And then I go for a run, try and get some air and some sunshine, and try and work out in the morning or something. And then I’ll try and do a little work and just go for a walk in the afternoon."
Adding to this, Harry told Rolling Stone of his continued commitment to good mental health: "I committed to doing [therapy] once a week. I felt like I exercise every day and take care of my body, so why wouldn’t I do that with my mind?”
