George at Asda shoppers have heaped praise on its new workwear line that they say gives "Wednesday Addams vibes".
Supermarket giant Asda's in-house brand George has amassed an army of fans on social media, where it regularly showcases its new, on-trend and reasonably priced products. George offers departments including womenswear, childrenswear, menswear, accessories and more.
Like its high street competitors, George optimises social media to keep fans in the loop on all the newest stock and product launches. The brand currently boasts 744K followers on Instagram, a figure that continues to grow.

With many people returning to office environments for work, the quest for suitable attire remains ever prevalent. George at Asda caused a stir after posting an Instagram Reel taken in store of its new workwear line.
The new stock features dresses, cardigans, trousers, jumpers and more, all in autumnal and muted tones. Many of its monochrome numbers prompted comparisons to Wednesday Addams.
Netflix's new show, Wednesday, has become a worldwide phenomenon, with a commonly referred to 'goth revival' in full force in the fashion world. George simply captioned its footage: "Working 9 'till 5, but make it cute [heart face emoji] Prices start from £10."
The clip racked up more than 122K views and over 1,300 likes. Shoppers shared their thoughts in the comments section. One shopper said: "Omg LOVE! Wednesday Addams vibes", adding a string of heart eye emojis.
Another shopper said: "Stunning". Ica commented: "I love that thick stripe jumper! Pugsly Addams vibes!" Lisa tagged a friend and said: "I think we need an late night Asda shop next week x".
