Ex-Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr. removed from flight out of concern he was ‘seriously ill,’ police say

Odell Beckham Jr. was removed from a flight Sunday morning out of concern he was “seriously ill,” Miami-Dade Police said.

The former Giants wide receiver “appeared to be coming in and out of consciousness” but refused multiple times to leave the plane when asked by the flight crew, police confirmed to the Daily News.

“The aircraft was deplaned, at which time Mr. Beckham was asked by the officers to exit the plane, and did so without incident,” police said.

“Mr. Beckham was escorted to the non-secure area of the terminal by the officers where he made other arrangements.”

The 30-year-old Beckham, who is currently a free agent, appeared to reference the incident in a series of tweets Sunday.

“Never in my life have I experienced what just happened to me,” Beckham wrote. “I’ve seen it all.”
