A Dumfriesshire chef has gained valuable experience working alongside one of the most famous names in the industry.
Charlie Jones, who works at the award-winning Gretna Hall Hotel in Gretna Green, got the chance to share a cruise ship kitchen with celebrity TV chef Marco Pierre White.
She has been working for the company for the past year whilst studying catering at Dumfries and Galloway College.
Charlie’s dedication and passion for cooking has led her to great opportunities and working alongside Marco Pierre White was a dream come true.
The experience took place on a cruise ship and allowed her to learn from one of the most respected chefs in the world and further develop her culinary skills.
Charlie is grateful for the chance to have worked with and learned from such an esteemed chef.
