A Dubai Crown Prince went completely unnoticed while travelling on the Tube in London without his traditional thobe.
Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum has been in the capital with his family and friends on holiday.
Over the course of his trip, the Prince has been sharing photos with his 14.5m Instagram followers, with one of them showcasing his trip on the London Underground.
Sheikh Hamdan can be seen standing in the middle of a crowded carriage with his friend Badr Ateej, with both going unrecognised by fellow passengers and commuters, NDTV reports.
In his caption post, he wasn't wearing his traditional clothes and wrote: "We've got a long way to go and Badr is already bored."
And in another snap, the ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also joined Sheikh Hamdan on holiday in London.
The Crown Prince shared a picture online with his father and his two children on his Instagram.
Last month, Sheikh Hamdan went viral after taking selfies with Dubai residents in London who spotted him in his car.
The video was posted by Ahmad Jaber Al Harbi, a friend and regular travel companion of the Crown Prince, and was captioned: "When a Dubai resident spotted @faz3 in #London".
The Crown Prince of Dubai is popularly known as Fazza and chose to travel without his thobe on the Tube.
A thobe is an ankle-length robe with long sleeves, worn by some Arab men and traditionally by Palestinian women.
In 2020, the Crown Prince met Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge, at Expo 2020, which saw Dubai host the world for 182 days.
