Don’t use prayer room for sex, tennis fans told

A Wimbledon quiet room meant for prayer and meditation should not be used for sex, tournament bosses have warned. Last year, “amorous couples” were reported to have been using the secluded space near Court 12 for “their own personal enjoyment” to the “horror” of some visitors, said The Telegraph. Sally Bolton, chief executive of the All England Lawn Tennis Club, said “we’ll be making sure that people are using it the right way”.

Philippines tourism ad featured other countries

A tourism agency has apologised after a video advertising holidays in the Philippines used footage from other countries, reported Sky News. The DDB Philippines agency said it “profusely” apologised to the Department of Tourism and the people of the Philippines after a video for its Love The Philippines campaign featured aerial footage of sand dunes in Brazil and video of a man riding a buggy in the desert in the United Arab Emirates.

‘Troll Apartment’ sells in California

A US home dubbed the “Troll Apartment” because of its position in the middle of a Los Angeles County bridge has sold for $430,000, reported UPI. The listing for the Californian property went viral online due because of its curious position beneath the road and over the arch of a bridge. “It’s definitely the most unique listing I’ve ever had in my entire residential real estate career,” said Douglas Lee, the estate agent.
