The size of the enormous Royal Caribbean cruise ship is dizzying with thousands of people and staff able to call the one boat home for months on end. There are bound to be people all over the ship at all times - but it turns out there are several hidden areas many onboard might not know about.
Thankfully, we've been treated to a sneaky look at the secret rooms thanks to a crew member.
Bryan James has been living on one of these ships for over 200 days and has become quite familiar with his floating home.
He has taken to TikTok to share some secrets of his huge home through a series of TikTok videos with some being out of bounds to customers and others being a customer paradise.
In one of the clips, he shared details of a secret room which might come in handy if you spent months at a time at sea with little time to find a nearby Boots store when you have docked.
He said in the clip: "There's a secret shop below deck only for crew members where we can buy pretty much anything we need - snacks, toiletries, detergent.
"This is so important because there was a time when crew weren't allowed off the ship for eight months straight, which is crazy."
So you would probably need to get some more toothpaste and shampoo at some point.
The crew member went onto say that when the shop is re-stocked it is like seeing your presents on Christmas morning and that it operates much like a normal supermarket but can be a tad bit more expensive thanks to taxes.
In another clip, the same crew mate also shared some information for cruise-goers as he told his fans where another hidden shop is, but this one is for customers and is notoriously hard to find.
He said: "So you've seen the secret shop where crew can buy things, but there's also a secret shop where guests can buy things - and I say it's a secret because it's really hard to find."
But this is no ordinary shop as it is a series of vending machines on deck 16.
He explained: "There's a bunch of these machines that sell things you need - toothpaste, toothbrushes, sunscreen. Even Pokémon cards."
Many have been quick to comment on these hidden gems of the cruise ship as one person wrote:" Omg…we have NOTHING like this on our ship."
While another said: "Love the vending machine."
