It was a sight that could have put you off your lunch. Diners tucking in at a coastal restaurant had an eyeful of a passionate couple making the most of each other on a cliff opposite.
The X-rated incident involving a 'very happy couple' having outdoor sex was taking place in Cornwall under a coastal path at around 1.30pm on Thursday (May 26). Diners at Hooked on the Rocks in Falmouth were shocked but also amused by the antics, Cornwall Live reports.
Images taken by someone eating at the seafood restaurant showed the frisky couple in mid-embrace and stripped as people walked on the path above. And it all took place in broad daylight with restaurant diners having a clear view.
The diner who took the pictures said: “We noticed a very happy couple at Swanpool Falmouth, on the cliff top. We were at Hooked on the Rocks – all the customers were rather shocked and found it hilarious. It must have been the humidity.
“One couple I think were a bit annoyed, but the rest of us found it hilarious. An older couple in their 70s were cracking us all up. They couldn't take their eyes off them.
"At first sight we thought probably yoga but then my partner zoomed in on her phone and confirmed what we all really thought they were doing.
“My partner was shocked at how long they were going. They were still at it when we left.”
