Coronation Street 's Maria Connor will be left shaken next week when she realises someone is tracking her every move.
New ITV spoilers reveal that things will go from bad to worse as the local councillor discovers she’s being followed.
On Wednesday 13 July, Kelly Neelan ( Millie Gibson ) offers to accompany Maria (Samia Longchambon) to a lunch meeting as she senses she's feeling nervous about going on her own.
Poor Maria is left shaken when Jimmy approaches her and warns her to keep her nose out of matters she doesn’t understand.
But things get even scarier when a creepy guy approaches and tells her how much he enjoyed her online video.
Maria runs out of the restaurant and suddenly gets a notification telling her that her phone is being tracked.
When Gary Windass (Mikey North) calls her, a petrified Maria tells him that she thinks she’s being followed by someone.
As a terrified Maria scrabbles in her bag looking for the tracking device, she hears footsteps and in a panic, grabs a can of hairspray and turns around.
When she ends up finding the tracking device in her bag, she destroys it and calls the police to report the incident.
Later on when Gary, Kelly and Liam tuck into pizza, Maria draws the blinds as she's convinced that someone might be watching them.
A few days later, Maria is clearly scared to go out and says Liam isn't feeling well so she needs to take the day off work.
Later on, policeman Craig Tinker (Colson Smith) tells Maria that Jimmy is guilty of posting malicious messages about her.
But when she leaves her flat, she is approached by Jimmy who menacingly tells her that he’ll make sure she lives to regret blabbing about him to the police - which understandably leaves Maria feeling very scared.
