Charlotte Dawson has shared details of her son Noah’s accident after he was rushed to A&E last night. She wrote that the incident “terrified us” and thanked fans for their messages.
During the accident the toddler had banged his face and head on a table leg. He then started projectile vomiting “until he passed out”.
Charlotte took Noah to A&E to get him checked out. Although she didn’t share any further details, she hinted that doctors gave him the all clear to return home again.

The concerned mum added she was “glad” she took him to hospital and said he was “so precious”.
Posting on her Instagram story during the night, she wrote: “Thank you for all your messages…Love you all, He banged his cheek & head on the leg of a table today & kept projectile vomiting until he passed out & was dizzy. Terrified us. Finally getting into bed, glad we went to the hospital & got checked. Our cherub you are just so precious.”
She had previously shared a photo of her and Noah with the toddler touching pulling her face mask down, with the caption: “Well didn’t think we’d end up in bloody A&E ffs.”
