A Place in the Sun host Jonnie Irwin was left gutted during Tuesday's show.
The Channel 4 programme was back for its second instalment of the week, with property expert Jonnie on hand to assist Daniela from East Yorkshire in her search for the perfect new home. Daniela, who wanted to relocate to Madeira with her two dogs, was joined by her mum Janet to help her browse the properties.
With a budget of £100,000, Daniela was looking for a home with sea views, lots of outside space, and the potential for a therapy room.

Jonnie had five properties to show the mum and daughter, but as the search got underway, things were off to a bad start. Janet said she was "not getting a good vibe" before they even entered the two-bedroom apartment, and it was quickly ruled out.
Thankfully, the second home was much more to Daniela's liking. On the market for just under £114,000, the three-bedroom house gave her "goosebumps".
Gazing out at the sea views, she said: “Can I just scream first?” before admitting she could see herself living in the property.
Jonnie had yet to impress mum Janet, though, and was determined to win her over with his third offering. But his hopes were quickly dashed.
The two-bedroom house had its own annexe, with a pool and a wraparound garden. On the market for just over £95,000, it also had sea views and a large terrace.
But Janet was not pleased with a daunting set of stairs leading up to the property. Daniela was also not happy with the bedrooms.
Sensing the tension midway through the viewing, Jonnie asked: "Is there any point in looking around [the house] any more?", to which Daniela bluntly replied: "No".
Jonnie said it was a "shame".
Properties four and five were also dismissed, with Daniela explaining she had started to get some quotes for work on the second house and wanted Jonnie to put her in touch with the property’s estate agent.
