Carol Vorderman dons red tracksuit for Wales during 'stretchy' yoga session

With the Autumn Internationals and the football World Cup, which Wales has qualified for the first time in over 60 years, coming up Welsh TV personality Carol Vorderman is showing her support for the national teams.

Posing in a striking yoga outfit Carol showed off her stunning figure. Smiling at the camera in red matching leggings and top set, Carol explained to fans how she had taken up yoga. She said: "Have been doing my yoga-stretchy things for a month now...and the breathing stuff...gives you a good wake up call."

The 62-year-old went on to explain she choose the red matching set for the "Welsh colour". She said: "Welsh colours OBVIOUSLY...got a helluva sports winter coming up. @fawales in World Cup in Qatar @welshrugbyunion with some ace games through the Autumn season and our girls doing BRILLIANTLY too"

She added: "COME ON CYMRUUUUUU" followed by a red love heart and Welsh flag emoji. This is not the first time Carol has used her clothing to show her support for Welsh teams.

The star has posed in a Welsh rugby bra to raise money for the charity OddBalls, an underwear brand raising money for testicular and cervical cancer. Recently Carol has also been sharing pictures from her retreat trip to Portugal where she dropped "over a dress size" and posted photos of her new figure.

Currently, Carol helps present on the ITV morning shows This Morning and Lorraine. She took over presenting Lorraine for a stint while Lorraine Kelly, who normally presents the show, was ill and has been in Cardiff presenting for This Morning.

She visited Cardiff Bay with the This Morning menopause bus raising awareness for the menopause. Carol spoke about her own experiences with the menopause and said she experienced the "deepest darkest depression" while going through the menopause.
