Britney Spears says she misses being a mum to babies and reveals that they don't want to be seen with on her Instagram.
The 40-year-old made the admission as she shared a photo of her cuddling her dog Sawyer.
"My baby is getting bigger. I will just say it just like when my boys got bigger … IT LITERALLY SUCKS. They don't need me anymore … I’ve cried oceans for my boys and I'm not lying," she wrote in the caption.
She continued: "Hopefully one day I can show recent pics of us but in the meantime, I respect their wishes!!!! Oh well … but Sawyer … yes, he’s bigger but he will always need me and I like that!!!!"
Britney shares her sons Sean, 15, and Jayden Federline, 16, with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
The last time she shared a photo of her sons was in March 2021 where the trio posed in front of a sunset.
"It’s so crazy how time flies .... My boys are so big now!!!! I know … I know … it’s very hard for any mama especially a mama with boys seeing them grow up so fast !!!!
"Talk about enough to make you go to your knees ... GEEZ !!!! I’m extremely lucky because my two babies are such gentleman and so kind that I must have done something right!!!!"
She explained that she hadn't posted many photos of her sons because they were "at the age where they want to express their own identities".
But she added: "I went out of my way to make this cool edit and guess what... They’re finally letting me post it !!! Now I don’t feel left out anymore and I’m gonna go celebrate .... Oh s*** I guess cool moms don’t do that ... Ok I’ll just read a book instead."
It's believed that the boys spend most of their time with Kevin after Britney was granted 30 per cent unsupervised visitation rights in September 2019.
Britney and Kevin divorced in 2007 after two years of marriage.
An insider told The Sun: "She used to have more time with them until Kevin altered their custody arrangement after the incident with [her dad], Jamie [Spears, in 2019].

“Since then, the boys’ visits have been less frequent. They spend most of their time at their dad’s house and have very few visits with their mom, especially overnight ones.”
The source added: “They are teenagers now and want to be with their friends, not their parents. It’s nothing against Britney.
“They love and idolize her, and Kevin trusts her. It’s just that they’re getting older, so when they’re not at their main home with Kevin, they’re usually out doing things with friends.”
