The Beckhams have won approval to repair their 'crumbling' mega mansion in London, according to reports.
The couple bought the £31.5 million mansion in Kensington and Chelsea in 2013, but in recent pics, parts of the property are sealed off as 'urgent repair work' gets underway.
The pad's stairs and terrace are said to be 'structurally unsound' and 'too dangerous to use'.
Victoria, 47, and David, 46, have several homes at their disposal and so the renovation shouldn't be too much of a problem.
However the famous family will want the huge home fixed as part of the property is said to be 'too dangerous to use'.
According to Victoria and David's design and access statement, the Beckhams no longer use the mansion's terrace, which has structural damage due to age, water ingress and spalling due to frost, reports MailOnline.
The statement reads: "A structural engineer has inspected the terrace and recommended repairs and renewal works on a like for like basis."
In other photos attached to the application, the roof terrace, which looks to be crumbling, is being supported by metal poles - to stop it from collapsing.
The project is reportedly being overseen by Soho House architect Michael Ergatoudis, who was also in charge of the property's previous renovations as well the Beckham's Cotswolds pile.
After buying the London property in September 2013, the couple spent millions on home improvements, employing celebrity designer Rose Uniacke to remodel the interior, which includes six bedrooms, a gym, powder room, home cinema, indoor pool and even an air-conditioned garden.
However Posh and Becks ran into a spot of bother after their next-door neighbour wrote a strongly-worded letter objecting to plans for air-conditioning.
They reportedly wanted to install air-con in five rooms, which included the luxury gym and mammoth wine cellar on the lower ground floor.
The resident said he "totally disagrees" with the plans, which "will affect the historic character of the Victorian house of the streets, my house included".
He wrote: "The council must identified (sic) our deep concerns about all adverse impacts on living conditions from noise, vibration, dirt, pollution and dust from construction and from associated traffic, in addition to concerns about impacts on drainage, on appearance and landscape, on structural stability, and on historic buildings."
The Beckhams will no doubt be hoping for a smoother ride this time as they focus all their efforts on their son Brooklyn's wedding to actress Nicola Peltz, which is said to be happening in April.
Victoria also has her son Cruz to look out for, who is said to have split from the his girlfriend Bliss Chapman, who is the daughter of Posh's pal Rosemary Ferguson.
The Mirror has contacted Victoria's reps for further comment.
David's reps said they wouldn't be commenting on the matter.
