Asda, Tesco and Sainsbury's warning with customers told to not eat Quorn, veggie meatballs and more

It's time to check those cupboards and fridges again after a number of safety warnings were issued about food from supermarkets.

Asda, Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury's have all issued recall warnings in recent days.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said some of the products contain ingredients that are not mentioned on the label.

Others are contaminated with salmonella and pieces of plastic.

When a product is recalled, for any reason, the FSA shares details on what you should do if you have bought the item, as well as detailed information on why the product is being pulled from shelves.

Here are all the products that have been recalled in the past week.

Quorn Food is recalling three variants of its Quorn Bites products (Sweet Chilli, Korma, and Garlic & Herb) because they contain mustard and milk which are not mentioned on the label.

As a result of a packaging error, some packs have been packaged incorrectly across the three variants.

This means the products are a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy or intolerance to milk or milk constituents and/or an allergy to mustard.
