If you're spending the August Bank Holiday weekend with friends and family, or just finally getting round to all that life admin, it's likely that at some point we'll all end up at a supermarket.
But before you head over to your local Asda, it might be worth double checking online that it's actually open, as being a Bank Holiday, all the major supermarkets including Asda are open at different times to usual.
If a quick trip to Asda is likely, then before you head for the shopping aisles remember to check when your local branch will be open using the online store finder tool.
Asda is already famous for its affordable prices, but for the Bank Holiday Monday, the supermarket has slashed prices on some very popular products.
For example, its extra Special wagyu beef hot dogs, now £2.50 (usually £2.75) for anyone having a barbecue and cheap packs of Finish dishwasher tablets, now £6 (was £9), for anyone utilising the extra day to do the big shop they've been putting off for ages.
