A further 7,479 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Scotland — including 568 in Ayrshire.
Data published by the Scottish Government and Public Health Scotland show there are currently 2,360 patients with Covid in Scottish hospitals, which is up 34 from Friday.
There are currently 21 people being treated with the disease in ICUs across the nation.
No new deaths from the have been recorded within the last 24 hours, meaning the nation's Covid death toll remains at 11,320.
However, 13,684 deaths had been registered up to Sunday, March 20 where the disease was mentioned on the death certificate.
Meanwhile, there are 153 patients with Covid in Ayrshire hospitals — down 14 from Friday.
Fewer than five people are being treated with the illness in the region's intensive care units.
In terms of Public Health Scotland's rolling seven-day infection rate per 100,000 population, Na h-Eileanan Siar has the highest rate in the country – at 3,222.6 as of Sunday, March 27.
South Ayrshire has the second-highest infection rate at 1,758.5 while East Ayrshire is third with 1,737.7.
In terms of Ayrshire's remaining local authority, North Ayrshire has a rate of 1,681.9.
Of the new cases reported in Ayrshire, 201 were in South Ayrshire, 196 were in North Ayrshire and 168 in East Ayrshire.
