Recently, Leeds Bradford Airport has announced it will be flying to a record 80 destinations in 2023 and 2024. This followed the announced closure of Doncaster Sheffield Airport (DSA) in June. The final passenger flight landed at DSA on November 4.

Here are all the jobs currently advertised at Leeds Bradford Airport:
Lounge Assistant
The airport are currently looking for someone to join their lounge team. This role would see a successful candidate work across all three lounges to help meet and greet passengers and check them in.
You would also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, providing food and drinks to customers and provide assisted service to those who need it. LBA are looking for someone who is a team player with customer experience being the utmost focus.
Customer Experience Officer
This role specialises in transporting and moving people from all on-site car parks, welcoming customers to the airport terminal, and running car-parking services including the Meet and Greet service. Candidates will be expected to perform car park operation duties, bus duties, and control centre operations.
There is a multitude of varying roles within the daily operations. Training will be provided for all of the roles within the department.
Senior PMO Analyst
The nature of this job demands that the job holder has strong project management skills and the drive to deliver results. This will include involvement of the planning activities, risks and issues management, change control, document and configuration management, monitoring and coordinating tasks, negotiating and conflict management.
Ideally the job holder will have relevant project management and PMO experience with a very promising track record.
Commercial Finance Analyst
This role would see someone join the commercial finance team at LBA. You would be supporting the Head of Commerical Finance to deliver commerical insight and support business growth.
A successful candidate would create and produce regular reports of the whole business and provide notes on key trends including passenger numbers and spending. You will also be expected to improve the business using a five-year plan.
Aviation Security Officer
LBA is currently recruiting for both full and part-time aviation security officers to join the team. This will be a customer facing role and candidates will carry out full searches of baggage and people as well as vehicles.
You will be responsible for controlling restricted areas of the airport and checking customer identification and travel documents. There are two roles available, one is full-time offering 40 hours per week and the other is part-time offering 21 hours per week.
Security Trainer
Reporting to the Security Training Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of all Aviation Security Training at LBA, ensuring compliance with the National Aviation Security Training Programme (NASTP), National Aviation Security Programme (NASP)and LBA Security Standards and Training Quality Framework.
Cleaning Manager
This role will see someone have an operational and commercial overview of high service standards across each terminal. It is a fast paced role in which someone will require knowledge of health and safety, customer service skills and will need to be a team player.
Leadership skills are also required for this position. The right candidate will also need to be able to complete local audits, compliance checks and fault reports.
Maintenance Engineer
Reporting directly to the Senior Maintenance Engineer, the Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in assisting in maintaining and repairing new and existing assets within the terminal and outlying properties.
It will be the post holder’s responsibility to ensure all statutory maintenance and maintenance of the standards required as a UK CAA Approved Maintenance Organisation are upheld.
Retail Sales Associate - Leeds United Store
LBA currently have an opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate to join the retail teams at stores across the Leeds area. You will work as part of a team to welcome and serve customers in the store.
You will also advise customers, help them find specific items, make suitable recommendations, and complete their purchases by identifying customers' needs.
Customer Advisor - Boots
Finally, there is a role on offer to work at one of the Boots stores in the airport. You will be responsible for dealing with customers, assisting them and helping them with their purhcaes.
In order to obtain a pass to work in the airside store you will need to be able to provide 5 continuous years of references with any gaps in employment covered by character references.
