While there has been much back and forth between the billionaires, the Elon Musk vs. Mark Zuckerberg cage fight seems to be a go. Elon Musk tweeted last week that the fight will be managed by his and Zuck’s foundations and not by the UFC.
When asked if the Professional Fighters League has anything to do with organizing the fight, Chairman and Owner Donn Davis said no, but said the league is happy to offer support. "We're glad to lend our expertise at no profit to support them in the fight...we'll stay low key and support them if they want us to. But I think those guys can handle their own business on their own," Davis said.

J.D. DURKIN: Whatever this may be, fight is between Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk. And I bring that up because, you know, there's been some chatter from Dana White on the UFC side to say, oh, we're going to be the ones responsible for organizing this. Elon Musk said, no, that's not true. And I'm sure you've got people out there wondering, were there any conversations with PFL with regards to those guys?
DONN DAVIS: No, to be honest, I think Zuck and and Elon are well capable of handling something the two richest people in the world could probably take care of themselves. But we've - I've posted last week that we're glad to lend our expertise at no profit to support them in the fight. But I think UFC was a little grumpy that Francis left and they were looking for a little headlines by glomming on to the Zuck-Musk. But we'll stay low key and support them if they want us to. But I think those guys can handle their own business on their own.
