'Zombie Angelina Jolie' reveals her true appearance in first interview since leaving prison

The creepy 'zombie' Angelina Jolie lookalike has revealed her true appearance to fans for the first time after she was let go from prison, the Mirror reports.

Sahar Tabar, 21, from Iran shocked the internet when she posted her excessively sculpted facial features which both resembled a mythological 'corpse bride' creature and a ghoulish version of the famous actress, Angelina Jolie.

However, it seems as though the woman had us all fooled as her real life appearance is nothing like the false spooky look she had displayed on social media which many thought she had achieved through extensive cosmetic surgery.

The 21-year-old who's real name is Fatemeh Khishvand revealed that she cleverly created the false character using computer technology effects which completely transformed her appearance to make her resemble a eerie sunken version of the movie star.

The impersonator who was recently released from prison after she was arrested for ''corruption'' and ''blasphemy'' admitted that she had no surgical procedures on her face and that her fake identity was down to her impressive editing skills. Tabar was arrested in October 2019 and served 14 months of a 10-year prison sentence before being released due to public unrest.

The government-run media publication quoted Sahar: “What you saw on Instagram was the computer effects I used to create the image." She was also quoted saying: “Cyberspace was an easy way. It was much easier than becoming an actor."

However, despite her history with the app and following her release from prison, Sahar seemingly suggested that she may no longer use the photo-sharing app again.“I'm sure I will not even put Instagram on my phone anymore, let alone have a page", she said.

Fatemeh's Instagram account was opened in 2017 and amassed around 500,000 followers and thanks to her Photoshop wizardry she created creepy photos, as well as videos, of her apparently disfigured face with hollowed-out cheeks. After initially fooling some of her fans with her appearance, questions were raised about the authenticity of her photos and pointed out clues such as her warped backgrounds.

She said in 2019 that she had always wanted to be famous - but was aiming more for a look of the Corpse Bride in Tim Burton's animated film of the same name rather than the Oscar-winning Jolie. After being criticised for her bizarre makeovers, she added: “People are probably living in the 18th century and they haven’t seen or heard of technology or make-up and they are really surprised.”
