According to Kestan, she observed Biden cleaning out a crack pipe using unconventional tools such as chopsticks and disassembled pens. Additionally, she stated that Biden asked her to withdraw cash for him to purchase drugs, providing her with a code to use at an ATM through his mobile banking app.
Kestan further revealed that Biden had a practice of allowing drug dealers to directly withdraw cash from his bank account using the same method he instructed her to follow. These revelations shed light on Biden's alleged involvement in drug use and questionable financial transactions.
