Zendaya shared a sweet tribute to boyfriend Tom Holland as he celebrated his 27th birthday on Thursday.
The Emmy winner, 26, shared a series of images of her Spider-Man co-star on her Instagram Story and captioned them with a series of love heart emojis.
In one photo, Holland was seen beaming as he posed on rocks overlooking the sea while another snap showed him making a heart symbol with his hands as he dunked his head underwater.
The Euphoria star reciprocated the love by pairing the images with a red heart emoji and a heart-eyed emoji, respectively.
Over on his Instagram, Holland poked fun at himself on his special day by sharing a helmet clad selfie.
He captioned the post: “Thank you for all the wonderful birthday messages. A gift from me to you. I thought I’d share possibly the sexiest picture ever taken of me! #sexiestmanalive”.
After sharing the snap, Zendaya simply commented a heart eye emoji under the photo.
Despite the pair meeting while working on the Spider-Man franchise, they have kept their relationship largely out of the spotlight.
In a 2021 interview with GQ, Holland explained: “I’ve always been really adamant to keep my private life private because I share so much of my life with the world anyway. We sort of felt robbed of our privacy. I don’t think it’s about not being ready. It’s just that we didn’t want to.”
Echoing the actor’s comments, Zendaya told the outlet: “The equal sentiment [we both share] is just that when you really love and care about somebody, some moments or things, you wish were your own.
“I think loving someone is a sacred thing and a special thing and something that you want to deal with and go through and experience and enjoy amongst the two people that love each other.”
