Zendaya, 27, and Timothée Chalamet, 28, made a stylish statement on the red carpet in South Korea during a press conference for their upcoming movie, “Dune: Part Two.” The duo opted for matching futuristic leather jumpsuits designed by Juun J, a Seoul-based designer.
Chalamet, portraying the lead character Paul Atreides, chose a muted gray jumpsuit paired with matching boots. On the other hand, Zendaya, playing Atreides' love interest Chani, donned a peach-colored jumpsuit styled slightly off one shoulder and completed her look with pointed-toe heels.
During the press conference, Chalamet acknowledged Zendaya’s stylist, Law Roach, for the bold ensembles. He expressed his appreciation for supporting local designers and credited Roach for the idea behind the coordinated outfits. Roach, who continues to work with Zendaya, shared his excitement on social media, calling the pair a “dynamic duo.”
Adding a touch of glamour, Roach accessorized the outfits with Cartier jewels for Chalamet and a silver pendant necklace for Zendaya. Zendaya opted for minimal makeup with rosy cheeks and wore her curly hair down and parted to the side.
Zendaya's look in South Korea was more casual compared to the vintage Mugler robot suit she wore at the London premiere of “Dune: Part Two” last week. The silver 1995 couture design featured skin-baring details at the chest, stomach, and back, creating a head-turning moment.
These fashion choices have undoubtedly piqued the interest of fans eagerly anticipating the Met Gala, where Zendaya will serve as a co-chair. The theme for this year's Met Gala is “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion,” promising more captivating looks from the actress.
