The shrines on the Great Sky Island of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom are designed to teach you how to use the new abilities this game offers. That can lead to some tricky puzzles, as you’re still unfamiliar with the mechanics.
Gutanbac Shrine, The Ability to Rise, is one such example, as it makes use of the Ascend ability. We’ll explain how the puzzle in this shrine works, and walk you through the solution.

Entering the shrine will give you the Ascend ability, and you’ll need to use it straight away. Stand under the overhanging ledge, then you Ascen to pass through it.
You can do the same on these stone pillars jutting out of the wall.
Kill the spare.
Cut through the ropes here to free the stone slab.
Now stand under it and Ascend.
In the next area, it’s all about using Ascend again, this time through moving platforms, which will take you to the exit.
