Zara McDermott has shared a subtle photo of Louis Tomlinson amid romance rumours.
The Love Island star, 28, and One Direction singer, 33, first sparked dating speculation last month when they were spotted together at a restaurant on the Suffolk coast.
They added further fuel to the fire by attending the same Stereophonics concert in Los Angeles on Wednesday, sharing videos of the band performing onstage just minutes apart on their Instagram Stories.
Now, McDermott has appeared to confirm their relationship by posting her first public snap of Tomlinson during their brunch date in Malibu on her Instagram Story.
The documentary maker - who recently split from Sam Thompson after five years together - captured a peek of Tomlinson’s tattooed arm while showing off their meal of blueberry pancakes and eggs with hollandaise sauce.
The reality star didn’t put a caption on the coy photo, simply adding the location as Malibu, California.
Fans went wild on social media for the snap, with one writing on X, “Soft launch,” while another added: “Full on launching.”
A third user added: “LOUIS TOMLINSON TATTOOS CAN BE SEEN IN THE LATEST STORY OF ZARA MCDERMOTT ON INSTAGRAM !!”
The Sun recently reported that Tomlinson and McDermott have been on a number of low-key dates over the past month and have been speaking for a while.
“Louis whisked Zara away for a break in Suffolk and he absolutely charmed her, it's clear he thinks she's drop-dead gorgeous too,” a source said.
“Louis is a proper gentleman so this trip was something he planned and put on for Zara. He was really thoughtful and wanted to make it special.”
The insider added that the pair are taking things slow and something they share in common is “how close they are with their families.”
McDermott and Made In Chelsea star Thompson split in December and sources claimed Thompson has struggled seeing the photos of his ex with the boyband star.
An insider revealed to Metro: “Sam is hurting after seeing the photos of Zara and Louis on a date.
“He’s been dealing with the heartbreak of his split from Zara – it’s only been a few months and they were together for five years as well as living together.
“Seeing her move on so quickly isn’t easy, but he’s focusing on himself and has a lot going on in his career going forward.”
