Former Love Islanders have shared their shock over Adam Collard's return to the show - including his ex girlfriend Zara McDermott.
Adam, 26, who featured on the show in 2018 left viewers stunned after he appeared on Sunday night's teaser.
Zara's boyfriend Sam Thompson shared the live reactions of them both screaming at the TV on social media.
Zara was seen with her mouth wide open when her ex flashed up on the screen.
She leaned forward and covered her mouth with both hands as she watched in disbelief.
"I've never seen her face light up like that for me," Sam joked.
"Abs and pecs, abs and pecs...Wow he's jacked! Who's this guy...who's this absolute animal...It's your ex-boyfriend! No way!" he added.
Zara, who has been commenting on series 8 since it started, said: "I think I'm gonna have to retire from this commentary now."
The couple met on Love Island in 2018 and they moved in together after they left the show.
But the pair went separate ways after they were together for eight months.
"I'm so intrigued about what's about to happen," he said.
Sam continued: "The question is right...He's like an alumni...the Lucas of this world...they're gonna suck up...is that gonna happen?"
"How's he gonna play it? He's done it before...brilliant from the producers," he pondered.
Gabby Allen from 2017 Love Island shared a black and white photo of her laughing with a butterfly filter.
"Hahahahahaha yes @adamcollard back to furrrrk sh*t up," she added with a clapping emoji.
"What a spectacular twist," she said.
Amber Gill who won series 2019, retweeted a tweet which called Adam a "menace to women" and questioned him being allowed "a second rodeo".
Samira Mighty from 2018's series covered her mouth on her Instagram stories and wrote: "ADAM!!!!! Wtf!!?!! Is happening!"
"I'm in a state of shock, Love Island is really stepping up I'm shook!"
According to the MailOnline's spoiler, Paige has her head turned by Adam.
She admits that he "ticks a good few boxes" and feels that he has "potential".
"When I'm with someone, I'm 100% with them, I've never cheated on any ex-girlfriends or anything like that."

He entered the villa after the men were sent on a "boys day".
Walking into the villa he says: "I think the Villa needs spicing up and I'm the perfect man for the job."
