Zak Lovelace has great potential and will develop into a top player.
That's the verdict of Millwall stopper Murray Wallace who has been at the same club as Rangers' latest youth recruit. The 16-year-old striker has put pen to paper on a deal after deciding to make the move north of the border from the English Championship outfit.
The Scottish Cup winners had been keen on a deal for the young starlet since back in January with Gary Rowett previously making it clear he wanted to offer Lovelace pro terms to continue his development at The Den. The 48-year-old was a huge fan of the talenteed teen and has expressed disappointment over losing the rising star. His loss is Giovanni van Bronckhorst and Rangers' gain as the Ibrox men continue to add to their rising star ranks following the captures of the likes of Cammy Cooper from Partick Thistle, Mason Munn from Glentoran and talented winger Kieron Willox from Inverness.
