The Chicago Bulls are already starting the 2022-23 regular season off on the wrong foot as they’ll be without one of their All-Star’s on Wednesday night.
Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, Zach LaVine will miss Wednesday’s opener against the Miami Heat due to left knee management.

LaVine was listed as questionable on Tuesday which came as a surprise. On Friday of last week, LaVine spoke after practice saying that he feels ‘really good’ and isn’t ‘having any aches and pains’ on the knee that he had the procedure on following last season.
The Bulls were cautious of LaVine’s minutes during the preseason, as he sat the majority of the second half in games that he played.
Charania followed up that LaVine may also miss Friday’s game against the Washington Wizards, in homes to make his season debut in Saturday’s home opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

If LaVine is unable to stay healthy this season, with an already injured Lonzo Ball, the Bulls’ landscape will drastically change.
