Zach LaVine shares thoughts after Bulls’ dominant win over Jazz: ‘We look a lot better’

Despite their slow start to the season, the Chicago Bulls did manage to piece together an impressive win on Monday night, taking down the Utah Jazz by a score of 130-113. It was a thoroughly dominant effort led by the scoring of DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine, both of whom have been struggling this year.

Through the early portion of the season, the Bulls’ offense has been one of the worst in the league, but they turned up against the Jazz. Chicago shot 51.6% from the field and 52.9% from behind the three-point line – truly incredible numbers. It was a complete turnaround from their prior games.

After the win, LaVine spoke about how it felt to pick up the victory in that fashion.

“When you put the work in and you finally have it come through for the whole team is good,” LaVine said. “You can see we look a lot better. The shots have fallen and the defense is where it should be.” (H/t ESPN)

Whether or not the Bulls can string together more reliable offensive performances is yet to be seen, but the win over Utah was a great start.
