The Chicago Bulls are coming off a 150-126 blowout loss on Sunday against the Minnesota Timberwolves, losing their fourth-straight loss.
Chicago allowed Minnesota to score a franchise record for points in one game along with the fourth-most points in regulation in league history.
Bulls All-Star Zach LaVine talked to the media following the loss, speaking to the lack of effort from the team.
“Until we band together and start helping each other, you’re not going to see a different result,” LaVine said. “You can’t ask your team for effort every night.”
The Bulls currently sit as the No. 11 seed in the Eastern Conference with a record of 11-18 and if they hope to find their way in the playoffs for the second-straight season, the effort must be consistent every single night.
“That’s the first thing we have to bring. It’s just inconsistent,” LaVine said on the team’s effort. “Guys in here are talking. We’re trying to be leaders.”
