Youtuber KSI revealed that celebrities have been "hitting him up" to get supplies of his sports drink PRIME Hydration.
The beverage is in such high demand that last month Asda had to restrict sales of it, while one dedicated mum spent weeks getting up at 6am to treat her daughter to a few bottles. KSI and fellow Youtube star Logan Paul - who between them have more than 50 million subscribers on the platform - created the drink together to rival the likes of Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
PRIME is widely sold in America but in the UK, it's exclusive to Asda, where it costs £2 a bottle and comes in different flavours, including Lemon Lime, Tropical Punch, Ice Pop and Blue Raspberry. Appearing at Manchester's AO Arena for Hits Radio Live on Friday night (November 11), KSI revealed which celebrities had been trying to get their hands on the popular drink.

Talking to Hits Radio presenter Tom Green, KSI said: "Literally no one can get [PRIME]! It’s actually cool though because I'm getting a load of celebrities with kids being like ‘yo, could you sort me out?’
"I had Wayne Rooney hit me up and I was like ‘what? Wayne Rooney?' I kept it cool but I was gassed internally. Stacey Solomon as well! They're like ‘We can’t find Prime’ and I was like ‘I got you, I got you’."
KSI joined a star-studded line-up for Hits Radio Live on Friday, which returned to a sold-out arena after a three-year break. The Youtuber's set saw him jump into the crowd to update his BeReal before bringing fellow YouTuber Speed on stage.
Throughout the night there were also performances from Sam Smith, Olly Murs, Tate McRae, Craig David, Sigala, Tom Grennan, Mimi Webb and Eurovision star Sam Ryder. The Voice UK coach Olly opened the show - and spilled that he once drunk video-messaged former The Voice UK coach Jennifer Hudson when her hit song was playing in a club.
The Dear Darlin' singer admitted to Hits Radio Drivetime hosts Gemma Atkinson and Mike Toolan that he wouldn't ask fellow The Voice UK judge Sir Tom Jones for this number as a result. He explained: "I hate asking people for their numbers especially when you’re working with them and especially when it’s Sir Tom Jones. If I had it I know if I was drunk on a night out I’d be ringing it.
"When I met Jennifer Hudson doing The Voice I asked her for her number and then I’m in Sheesh in Essex, off my nut, and Spotlight came on. I was like ‘I’m going to ring Jen’ and I sent her a video message of me singing and she was like ‘Oh Olly are you drinking?’ Can’t do that with Sir Tom! Can you imagine?’"
Meanwhile, it wasn’t just all about the music for 7 Days singer Craig David, who opened up about writing his new book What's Your Vibe? He said: "It was really cathartic... to lean into mental health and depression and lack of boundaries, saying yes when you really meant no and being a people pleaser, impostor syndrome; so many things that were just a human-to-human connection that I felt if I spoke about that, that is something that can hopefully help people and that’s a book that’s worthwhile to make."
Grammy-award-winning singer and songwriter Sam Smith headlined the show, performing their latest viral hit as well as treating fans to renditions of their earlier hits, including sing-along anthem Stay With Me . During their set, they performed popular single Unholy - which took TikTok by storm and topped the charts in the UK and across the pond.
The track, which is a collaboration between Sam and German pop artist Kim Petras, has had more than 90 million views on TikTok. On the social media platform, Sam said: ‘I am enjoying TikTok, it’s an authentic relationship - at first I was like I can’t do this but then I got cheesy and it’s fun."
Hits Live Manchester will return on Saturday 25th November 2023. Early bird tickets are on sale now - head to ticketmaster.co.uk .
