YouTuber JoJo Siwa installs private 7/11 and merch store in $3.43m California mansion

YouTuber JoJo Siwa made headlines when she closed on a $3.43 million mansion in Tarzana, California.

Now the 16-year-old has finally revealed what she’s done with the space in a house tour.

The Internet personality, beloved by celebrity children including Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West, revealed that she had installed the marble-floored mansion into something of a Siwa-shrine - with the addition of her own personal 7/11.

Siwa opens her video with a look at the exterior of her 6,111 square foot house, which is described as a ‘custom-built smart home’ on one property website. Siwa and her horde of rainbow hair bows moved into the home at the end of last year and Todd Greenwald, Compass' Senior Estates Director and the creator/executive producer of Wizards of Waverly Place, represented the seller in the exchange.

As she walks towards its heavy wooden entrance doors and chandelier visible through the front window, she waves her hand in the direction of the driveway.

Pointing at one of her many bespoke cars (one of which Justin Bieber has told her to "burn"), she shouts out, “You can see I’ve got the Beamer parked out front and the Tesla’s just around the corner.”

As she enters into her main foyer, many of the performer’s rainbow outfits from her music videos, awards show appearances and more line the room and are dotted throughout the house on mannequins encased in glass.

Past the grand piano and underneath the grand staircase, one of the most striking features of the home is a gorgeous wet bar complete with French doors - which Siwa transformed into a candy bar and her personal 7/11.

“Over here, we have what is called our 7/11,” she tells the camera, taking her viewers over to a corner of the room packed with appliances.

The corner features a popcorn maker, pizza rotator, nacho station, nacho cheese dispenser and a slushie maker.

However the rest of her makeshift convenience store continues onto the black marble countertops behind, where she has an array of popcorn seasonings and a bag of M&Ms ready for the machine - alongside a yet-to-be-used shaved ice machine with all the add-ons.

The rest of the bar is dominated by a buffet of candy, which includes vases and jars full of Nerds, Airheads, Haribo Gummies, Skittles, Pixie sticks, Hubba Bubba bubblegum and more.

One side of the wet bar’s shelving is also dedicated to rows and rows of ‘JoJo juice’, which Siwa says she is “obsessed with” and features her portrait on the front.

Given Siwa and her family only recently moved into the home, the tour only encompasses a few areas of the house - including her private half-basketball court, kitchen with two islands and a huge room packed with shelves of her merchandise (which she jokingly refers to as her “JoJo merch store"). The room is so big and full of merchandise that Siwa said it would be “hilarious” to include aisle signage.

The home also includes a formal dining room, living room with a fireplace, an extensive yard and swimming pool as well as several bathrooms and bedrooms.

She also shared a follow up video specifically of her bedroom, which features a wall covered in photos from her world tours, a walk-in closet, Hollywood bulb mirrored vanity and - in classic Siwa style - a double bed with a garish rainbow headboard and a wall dedicated solely to her hair bows.

Siwa is far from the first YouTuber to make a multimillion home purchase, as many including the likes of beauty guru Jeffree Star and Minecraft streamer Jordan Maron have closed on impressive mansions in California.

Star’s Hidden Hills mansion in particular is one of the more extravagant ones, priced at $14.6 million and spanning 25,000 square feet with eight bedrooms and 13 bathrooms.
