YouTube star Austin McBroom was taken straight to hospital after being knocked down and out by AnEsonGib.
The social media rivals met in Los Angeles on Saturday night in the main event of McBroom's Social Gloves 2 event. And while the host dropped Gib in the opening round, he was then sent to the canvas five times by his British visitor.
Experienced referee Jack Reiss waved the fight off after the final knockdown in the fourth round to signal the start of Gib's celebrations. McBroom, however, was taken to be checked over by doctors as a precaution as he slipped to 0-1 as a professional fighter.
Gib took to Twitter after his victory to say simply: "No mercy". He had been expected to call out YouTube rival KSI who recently returned to the ring to win two fights on the same night. But Gib was reluctant to name names when asked who he would target next.
"I've got my revenge, I've got my redemption; I've been working so hard in the gym, I'm going to keep going and I'm looking forward to my next fight," he said. "Right now, whatever makes money, make sense. We'll see what opponent comes my way and we'll see what the future holds."

KSI suggested Gib fights Slim Albaher after his win over FaZe Temperrr on KSI's undercard last month. But the Londoner then said he too would be keen to fight Gib when he makes his return to the ring in January on a card also expected to feature Logan Paul.
Logan's brother Jake, who beat Gib in his first professional fight in 2020, took to social media to congratulate his former opponent. "WOW. INSANE. You can’t play boxing. Congrats to GIB," he said. Jake has since gone on to record a further four professional victories in the ring and will face his toughest test to date when he takes on UFC legend Anderson Silva next month.
