YouTube prankster Niko Omilana pulled off an ingenious stunt at KSI's recent fight by sneaking into the ring disguised as a Prime Energy drinks bottle.
Omilana, 24, is a popular British YouTuber who is known for pulling elaborate pranks. Omlina even ran as a candidate for Mayor of London and received almost 50,000 votes, the fifth highest of any candidate. In his latest high-profile prank, Omilana managed to sneak his way into the ring for KSI's fight against rapper Swarmz.
Having previously wangled his way into KSI's two fights with Logan Paul and Jake Paul's professional debut against AnEsonGib, Omilana was banned from attending any future Matchroom Boxing events. That didn't stop the YouTuber as he worked with fellow content creator Kysha to make the ringwalk with KSI and join him in the ring.
Kysha has previously worked on advertising for Prime Energy, the sports drink launched by KSI and Logan Paul earlier this year. Using a seven-foot costume of a Prime Energy bottle and Kysha's relationship with KSI, YouTube prankster Omilana plotted a detailed plan to pull off the prank.
Omilana had Kysha obtain him a O2 arena wristband which gave him VIP access to the venue and by using the prime Energy drink bottle disguise, he went unnoticed despite his ban. Omilana even went backstage and greeted KSI - whom he is friends with - before the fight and the YouTube boxer failed to notice his real identity.
KSI made the walk for his first fight of the night with Omilana walking behind him in the costume. When the Brit was being announced in the ring, Omilana pulled down the face cover of the costume revealing his true identity to the millions of fans watching the fight.

Following his knockout win against Swarmz, KSI was left speechless after Omilana unmasked himself. "Fair play Niko, you absolute d***head. Unbelievable, I thought it was the other guy, the other YouTuber. He didn't say a word. I just thought he's acting a bit weird, maybe he's shy or scared to meet me. As soon as Niko popped out his head, I knew he'd played me." KSI said.
KSI went on to knock out professional boxer Luis Pineda after his win against Swarmz, with Omilana allowed to sit at ringside for the rest of the event. KSI is now expected to return to the ring in January before targeting a clash with Jake Paul at Wembley next year.
