In the quest to stay healthy as we get older, it can be easy to overcomplicate things with convoluted exercise regimens and beauty routines.
But one 90-year-old woman has cut through all the noise and shared her own secret to youthful looks - and it's startlingly simple.
Popular fitness TikToker Dalyce Barnett Radtke asked her elderly mum how she manages to looks decades younger in a Q&A posted online.

The Mirror reports how her spritely mum works out every day and keeps her skin looking youthful with one straightforward beauty hack.
Dalyce's army of followers were left stunned after the mum said she uses "nothing other than bar soap and water cleanser and face lotion".
In the clip, Dalyce asks her slender mum - who one commenter said has "impeccable posture" - what her "secret" is.
She tells her daughter she "doesn't have a secret" and that it's all down to "good genetics".
But, she confesses her long-life must be due in part to her lifestyle, because her mum died aged 82.
The healthy mum, who said she took out her first gym membership in her sixties, said: "Something inside me lets me know that I feel better when I move around.
"I didn't go to the gym for years and years and years.”
And her gym routine will also leave people shocked, as the nonagenarian works out for "at least an hour and a half, maybe a little more".
Her workout consists of "circuit, then floor exercises on a ball, stretching, a little bit of weights, cardio on the treadmill".
Dalyce's followers flocked to the comments with praise for the 90-year-old.
One said: "Her posture is impeccable".
Another, commenting on her fashionable outfit, added: "It helps that she isn’t dressed like a 90-year-old, no grey hair, makeup, etc!"
One baffled user said they were "blown away" after calling her "the most beautifully aged women [sic] I've ever seen".
Others said she looked 70 years old, a massive 20 years younger than she is.
