Youri Tielemans latest, Fabio Vieira's Arsenal future, Yeremy Pino update, Bournemouth hopes

The clock is ticking on the transfer window with just two weeks remaining before it slams shut. Despite the persistent reassurance from both Mikel Arteta and Edu that Arsenal’s plan has not been completed, there is little sign of incomings.

Meanwhile, Arsenal continue to try and move players on either on loan or permanently. Deals for Alex Runarsson, Pablo Mari, Bernd Leno, Folarin Balogun and Lucas Torreira have all been completed in the past couple weeks.

However, there remains work to do with Hector Bellerin, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Nicolas Pepe still at the club despite links with moves away. Yet there seems little forthcoming regarding their potential exits.

“We are really active as you can see with incomings and outgoings,” Arteta said ahead of the Premier League opener. “Everything is still open, it’s a long window, a lot has happened.

“It’s incredible how much business the clubs have done across the Premier League, and it shows how competitive it is and this season is not going to stop that. Players are going to have the need to leave, some others to move and everything is open still.”

There has been links with Youri Tielemans, Yeremy Pino and Moises Caicedo in recent days. It’s clear the club remain open to doing business, it just remains unclear who that might be and where they would play.
