Manchester United came from behind to draw with Leeds United at Old Trafford on Wednesday night, with Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho both on the scoresheet for the home side.
The Reds made it 10 league games unbeaten at home but weren't able to find a winner against managerless Leeds. Erik ten Hag's side missed the chance to move level on points with rivals Manchester City, but they did increase their lead over Newcastle United to three points - albeit with the Magpies having a game in hand.
Ten Hag's men face the Yorkshire outfit once again at the weekend, with United travelling to Elland Road on Sunday. The Whites are unlikely to have a new permanent manager in place following the sacking of Jesse Marsch earlier this week, but they will be in a confident mood after taking a point back from Old Trafford.

United will be aiming to secure all three points when the two sides meet again, but they will once again be without Casemiro, who is serving a three-match ban. Ahead of the upcoming clash with Leeds, MEN Sport has taken a look at the Reds in training and this is what we spotted.
Youngsters get involved
Several youngsters took part in the training session ahead of the clash with Leeds on Sunday. Bjorn Hardley, Mateo Mejia, Noam Emeran and Sam Murray were among those involved with the first team. Given that the Reds are without several senior players through injury, it is unsurprising that Ten Hag has added numbers to his sessions.
All of the players involved have impressed for the youth sides so far this term and have been rewarded with a chance to train with the first team. While it is unlikely they will see minutes for the senior side in the coming months, it is great experience for them and vital for their progress.
Casemiro grafting amid suspension
The Brazilian midfielder was clearly missed in the draw with Leeds on Wednesday night, but United will be without him once again at the weekend. He will be a game closer to returning after Sunday, but he will still miss the following league game against Leicester City.
With Casemiro unable to feature in games, it is important that he remains sharp during training sessions. He was seen talking to Diogo Dalot as the pair made their way onto the training pitch, and he will no doubt be itching to return. He has made 30 appearances since arriving in the summer, scoring four times.
Rashford recovers
Rashford registered his 20th goal of the season in midweek, with the England international continuing his fine form in front of goal. He started on the right-wing against Leeds and was largely ineffective, but when he eventually switched positions he looked much more comfortable.
Given that he has already played 33 times for the Reds this campaign, it is vital that he manages his workload amid a hectic fixture schedule. During training, he was spotted jogging alongside Bruno Fernandes - who has also featured on 33 occasions. The pair will undoubtedly put everything into every session, but Ten Hag will be keen for them to take it steady on occasions, especially after a game.
Mainoo gets stuck in
Young midfielder Kobbie Mainoo signed a new long-term deal after Thursday's training session. The 17-year-old has made two appearances for the first team this term but has been in the squad on 10 occasions in total. He is no stranger to training with the first team and will be hopeful of seeing more minutes in the coming weeks.
Mainoo joined United's academy aged nine and has long been considered the shining light in his age group. He made his first-team debut against Charlton Athletic at Old Trafford in the League Cup in January.
