Funeral arrangements have been announced for a young Limerick mother who died in a single vehicle road incident last weekend.
Shannen O’Halloran, of Oakfield, Fr Russell Road, Raheen, was driving a vehicle which was involved in a collision around 3.30am last Sunday.
Ms O’Halloran, 29, who was a skilled beautician died at the scene, at Kilduff, Pallasgreen, Co Limerick.
Her partner, named locally as Paul Bennett, 30s, who was a passenger in the car at the time and who was seriously injured, remains in hospital for treatment for his injuries.

Gardai said that a young girl and a male toddler, who were also in the car, were “also receiving medical treatment but their injuries are not life-threatening”.
Ms O’Halloran is survived by her “heartbroken family, sons Dion and Jaxson, daughter Lexie, mother Elizabeth brothers and sisters”, an online death notice read.
Ms O’Halloran’s remains will repose at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Wednesday, from 4.30pm-6pm followed by removal to St Joseph’s Church, O’Connell Avenue at 6.30pm.
Her requiem mass takes place Thursday at 12 noon with burial afterwards at Castlemungret Cemetery, Mungret.
Last Sunday, tributes poured in for Ms O’Halloran, described as “beautiful” and “one of a kind”.
“To say I’m devastated is an understatement, it’s a sad world we live in, you were the best nail (technician), we had many laughs together, we cried together...You were one of a kind, my heart’s broke for your kids, another sad day, she was one fo a kind xxxxxx,” read one tribute.
Last month, Ms O’Halloran posted on her social media platform - “Shannen Angelica” - that she was “very proud” of the progress she was making in her career as a beautician.
Gardai investigating the circumstances of the single vehicle collision appealed “to anyone who has information, who may have witnessed the incident or who may have video footage (including dash-cam), to contact Henry Street Garda Station 061 212 400 the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station”.
