A young girl is in a stable condition in hospital this evening after being attacked by dogs. Four dogs have been seized by officers following the incident in Carrington, Trafford, this afternoon (March 26).
The child was rushed to hospital following the incident on Ackers Lane at around 2.40pm. Greater Manchester Police told the Manchester Evening News that she is currently in a stable condition.
Officers arrested three people on suspicion of owning a dangerous dog. A spokesperson for GMP said: "Shortly before 2.40pm today police were called to a report of a child who had suffered injuries caused by dogs at an address on Ackers Lane, Carrington.

"The girl was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition. Four dogs were seized by officers and have been taken away by specialist partners.
"Three people have been arrested on suspicion of owning a dangerous dog." North West Ambulance Service has been approached for comment.
