Teenagers from Britain and America have been seen flocking to Romania to attend controversial Andrew Tate's 'Hustlers University'.
Social media influencer and former kickboxing world champion Tate, 36, and brother Tristan, 34, are currently in detention for 30 days as part of an investigation into human trafficking, rape and organised crime.
Tate, who was born in the United States but grew up in Luton, has been running an online university which promotes get-rich-quick schemes and to "free the modern man from socially induced incarceration".
The service costs £39 a month and claims to have more than 160,000 members.
Neighbours of the institution's headquarters in Bucharest have revealed that large numbers of men from Britain and the US aged around 18 or 19 have visiting the plot since last summer.
It reportedly serves as Tate's home, gym and "the centre of the online sex empire".
It's also registered as a shooting range, allowing the around-the-clock guards to bear arms.
In an interview with The Telegraph, one neighbour said: "There were groups arriving three or four times a week, sometimes there were three taxis a day.
"They were young men. They say they were attending the Hustlers University."
Neighbours also claimed that "eight to 10 women" were presenting online sex shows from the building but numbers dropped following a police raid in April.
Many of Tate's luxurious cars, which he plasters all over social media, were at the building's forecourt, including his £300,000 Aston Martin Vanquish and an £80,000 Porsche 911 with personalised 'T8' number plates.
A neighbour said: "You could see the women inside working on the video cameras. There were women there 24 hours a day.
"Last summer these young English guys started to come. They would get lost and ask how they could find the Hustlers University. I don’t know what they were doing inside."
Tate has gone viral over the past year for his videos expressing views on women deemed misogynistic as well as his takes on lifestyle and making money. Last Thursday his house was raided by police, who took both him and Tristan in for questioning.
The brothers are known for flaunting their wealth online in extravagant videos, after making millions following their careers as kickboxing champions. But they went viral in a different way when footage emerged of them being taken away from their luxury house, where guns and cash were found.
Tate's lavish lifestyle has come into focus after Romanian police raided his fortress-like compound situated on the outskirts of Bucharest, close to Aurel Vlaicu International Airport and surrounded by abandoned buildings. The complex is worth a reported £600,000.
Luana Radu and Georgiana Naghel, who is Tate's girlfriend, were also arrested after being named as two of his 'closest lieutenants'.
