Young children were spotted hanging out of a car window not wearing any seatbelts by eagle-eyed officers.
Merseyside Police officers from the Huyton Community Team were quick to spot a car on Liverpool Road earlier this week that caused concern. Young children not wearing seatbelts were "hanging out of the back window".
When officers stopped the vehicle, the driver was found to have no insurance despite the car being just seven days old. Police confirmed the vehicle had been seized and "taken off of the road to keep other road users safe."
