A young Britain's Got Talent finalist broke down in tears after an emotional performance in the 2022 final.
Five Star Boys performed an emotional routine during tonight's final of the ITV show as they shared how their motto was to encourage other young boys to dance and ignore stereotypes.
The dance troupe is made up of five young schoolboys from Swindon - Toby-Jay, Ollie, Joey, Beau and Adam - who brought judges Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon to tears during their emotional audition.
And as they competed in the final, all the emotion was very overwhelming for one of the kids who burst into tears.
He broke down in tears, covering his face in his hands, as his friends consoled him and checked he was OK.
"Five star boys was so amazing tonight on #bgt fingers crossed they win," one wrote, as a second added: "OMG Five Star Boys were absolutely stunning tonight, what a gorgeous performance #bgt."
A third wrote: "The five star boys they are already winners no matter what the final result is Well done #BritainsGotTalent."
Other viewers admitted they were in tears at the emotional performance.
"I'm crying at Five Star Boys. That performance was beautiful, very touching #BGT," they wrote.
It's not the first time tears have been shed after the group's performance, as in the audition, Amanda got emotional as she praised the "extraordinary piece" of dance and dubbed it "beautiful".
''Oh my god you've reduced me to tears, I thought it was an extraordinary piece and I just think you should feel enormously proud of yourselves because it was beautiful," she said.
Alesha added: "Collectively, you were just stunning and I loved everything about it.''
During the show, the boys revealed they had been bullied for their love of dance, and Simon Cowell admitted if the same was happening to his son Eric, he would have been devastated,
"f anyone bullied my son… wow," he said, "Seriously, we all feel the same way. For me, it’s one of the most cruel things ever."
