Michael Owen has labelled this year in the Premier League as 'sacking season' as both Brendan Rodgers and Graham Potter have been left without a job.
Rodgers left Leicester City by mutual consent on Sunday afternoon before Potter was sacked by Chelsea a matter of hours later.
A new record has now been set in the Premier League for the number of managerial sackings in a season with 12 coming this term.

The former Liverpool striker believes a case could be made for Rodgers being made manager of Chelsea and Potter being appointed as the new man in charge at the King Power Stadium.
"It’s sacking season in the Premier League. You could make a case for Rodgers going to Chelsea and Potter going to Leicester."
Managerless Chelsea take on Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night as Bruno Salter takes the hotseat on an interim basis.
